Meetings

As of September 2010 IBM have agreed to host our meetings at their location at 1301 K Street, NW • 4th Floor, West Tower • Washington. DC 20005. The first meeting will be Sept 23rd, and we expect to hold future meetings every other month. Details are still being worked out.

At most meetings we will have a presentation by a vendor of a Notes related product or from a fellow member on an interesting Notes related feature. Usually, time permitting, we open the floor up for questions, answers, suggestions, discussion, etc. during the meeting.

Organization

We have been in existence since February 1993 and have tried to keep the organization as informal as possible. To date we have not imposed dues on our members and have relied on volunteers to provide the services we have needed. We maintain a listing of members that is populated by the Registration area on this site. Based upon many requests by members this list is NOT available to either members or non-members and is used exclusively for publicizing DCNUG events. This listing is used to send out a meeting agenda via email, usually about a week before the meeting.
