Meetings

As of September 2007 the National Geographic have agreed to host our meetings at their location at 17th & M Streets, NW. Starting in October we will be having meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every other month at 4PM (note the new earlier time).

The Washington DC Area Lotus Notes Users' Group meets at 4:00PM on the 3rd Thursday of every other month (Even months) at the office of the National Geographic in Washington, DC. at 17th & M Streets, NW. The closest metro stations are Farragut West and Farragut North Metro stations.

At most meetings we will have a presentation by a vendor of a Notes related product or from a fellow member on an interesting Notes related feature. Usually, time permitting, we open the floor up for questions, answers, suggestions, discussion, etc. during the meeting.

Organization

We have been in existence since February 1993 and have tried to keep the organization as informal as possible. To date we have not imposed dues on our members and have relied on volunteers to provide the services we have needed. We maintain a listing of members that is populated by the Registration area on this site. Based upon many requests by members this list is NOT available to either members or non-members and is used exclusively for publicizing DCNUG events. This listing is used to send out a meeting agenda via email, usually about a week before the meeting.
